Pricing, profit split and terms
There's no upfront agency fee and no monthly retainer. We run your eBay store, and once it makes money, you keep 50% of net profit and we keep 50%. If inventory is bought on your cashback card, the 5% cashback is yours too. Here's exactly how the money works, what you need to start, and how you can leave.
How is net profit calculated?
Net profit is what's left after the store's costs are paid. We take the month's sales and subtract product costs, eBay fees, subscription fees (such as the eBay store subscription and the tools we use to run the store), and refunds and returns. The 50/50 split is applied to that number, and you get a report showing every line.
Example month (illustrative numbers)
| Sales | $10,000 |
| Product costs | −$6,800 |
| eBay fees | −$1,350 |
| Subscription fees | −$150 |
| Refunds and returns | −$200 |
| Net profit | $1,500 |
| Your 50% | $750 |
| Our 50% | $750 |
| Your 5% cashback on $6,800 of inventory | +$340 |
| Total to you | $1,090 |
These numbers only show how the math works. Real results depend on the store, products and season, and aren't guaranteed. Try your own numbers in the profit calculator or read the 50/50 split explained.
Who pays for refunds and returns?
Refunds and returns are paid from the store's revenue before profit is split. They reduce net profit for both of us; you aren't billed for them separately.
What do you need to fund at the start?
Usually $200 or less. That covers the first orders, which are bought after a customer pays but before eBay releases the money. Once sales start coming in, new orders are paid for from the store's own revenue. There's no setup fee on top.
Who gets the cashback?
You do, directly. When inventory is bought with your cashback card, such as the Amazon Prime Visa, the 5% cashback goes to you and isn't part of the split. See why the Prime Visa matters.
How do you access the store?
The eBay seller account stays in your name. We run it from one dedicated IP address, so eBay always sees the store operating from a single, consistent location instead of logins from different places. You can log in through the same setup at any time to check your account, listings, orders and payouts.
How long does it last, and how do you leave?
- The 50/50 split applies for as long as we manage the store, from the first sale.
- To end the partnership, give us one month's notice. During that month we remove our listings, finish any open orders and wind down properly, so your account is left in good shape.
- The profit share for sales made up to the end date, including orders still being delivered or refunded, is settled as normal.

Frequently asked questions
What share of the profit do I keep?
You keep 50% of the store's net profit and we keep 50%. You also keep the 5% cashback on inventory bought with your Amazon Prime Visa, so in a typical month you take home more than we do.
Is there an upfront fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no monthly retainer. We are paid only from the store's net profit: you keep 50%, we keep 50%.
How is net profit calculated?
Net profit is the store's sales minus product costs, eBay fees, subscription fees (such as the eBay store subscription and the tools we use) and refunds and returns. The split is applied to what is left.
Who pays for refunds and returns?
Refunds and returns are deducted from the store's revenue before profit is split, so they come out of net profit rather than being charged to you separately.
How much money do I need to start?
Usually $200 or less to pay for the first orders. After that, new orders are paid for from the store's own revenue.
Who gets the cashback?
You do. If inventory is bought with your cashback card, such as the Amazon Prime Visa, the 5% cashback goes straight to you and is not part of the split.
How do you access my eBay account?
We run your store from one dedicated IP address, so eBay sees a single, consistent location. You can log in through the same setup at any time to check your account, orders and reports.
How do I end the partnership?
Give us one month's notice. During that month we remove our listings, finish open orders and wind the store down properly, then hand everything back to you.
How long does the profit share last?
For as long as we manage the store. The 50/50 split applies to all net profit from the first sale until the partnership ends.
